Broom finish
This garage floor had a broom finish and that’s like a sidewalk it wasn’t smooth troweled so it took a very aggressive grind to level it out. Keep in mind that in most cases a situation like this requires a more aggressive grind and that adds up the cost because of the labor involved and the wear of the diamond cutters.
We got it pretty smooth and applied the epoxy flooring.
