Mark Harrington, owner of Garage Floor Effects, has been refinishing concrete floors since 2009. In addition to floors, Mark has been in the furniture refinishing and restoration business for 20 years. He is all too familiar with the different types of applications of coatings and surfaces.

In 2009, he started shifting his focus to concrete and garage floors. Mark enjoys making your garage floor look as beautiful as the floors in your home. He is a native Houstonian, and Garage Floor Effects is based in and primarily serves the north Houston metro,  The Woodlands, Magnolia, Tomball, Montgomery, Conroe, Spring, Katy, Cypress, and Sugar Land  with select projects taken on across Texas, including Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, and Round Rock.
